THE NEW NORMAL
We all know it’s not quite back to normal life yet and it may not be for awhile, but I am glad to be back working safely in the studio. I want to ensure you that everyone's safety comes first and foremost. I have implemented the best practices for your health and safety and have been in direct communication with Fraser Health and Work Safe to develop a solid return to work plan.
Additional sanitation and hygiene certifications by OSHA Blood Born Pathogens and Barbicide have been added to my repertoire and will be renewed yearly as required to keep up with health and safety standards.
STUDIO PROTOCOL:
Appointments will be looking a little different for the time being, this is what you can expect:
Please do not enter the premises and wait outside the door until I greet you for your appointment.
Note that no guests are allowed during your appointment, including children.
Please leave non-essential belongings in your car.
It is asked that you bring and wear a mask to your appointment. If you do not have one, you can purchase a mask here.
No linens. Unfortunately at this time we wont be providing blankets. You are more than welcome to bring your own or dress warmly.
There will be hand sanitizer provided at the entrance, you will be asked to use the hand sanitizer prior to your appointment and right after.
Your temperature will be taken with an infrared, touch less thermometer.
Please note if you're sick or show any signs or symptoms of sickness you will be asked to reschedule your appointment.
CLEANING AND SANITIZATION PROTOCOLS:
Here are the measures I am taking to ensure Citizens of Beauty is meeting the government's required protocols to minimize the spread of Covid-19.
Use of medical-grade surface disinfectants that contain viricide.
Use of medical-grade sterilization solution for all tools.
Use of gloves and masks during the service.
Space between appointments to ensure proper and complete disinfection of all surfaces and implements between clients.
